ADAPT supports field engineers for improved service and faster error rectification by giving Recommended actions. Yes, ADAPT will do the self-diagnostics of the machine and define the actions based on the last 15 days' performance & Health status.

Performance Reports and error information will be shown on the ATM Dashboard. Information is captured through a QR-based tracking system and uploaded to the central server for continuous monitoring of the machine's performance and to make services standardization.
