About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in selling software products to international clients. The responsibilities include generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals. A strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience in ASEAN or African markets and multilingual skills would be advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Be responsible for sales targets in assigned territory in India West.
Carry out sales region needs analysis & develop resultant strategy & business plans
Build & manage relationships with Clients & Partners
Build and manage healthy sales funnel & own customer database for territory assigned for lead generation & digital marketing activities
Understand & communicate product value proposition to CXO level client executives.
Support team in preparing product proposals, respond to RFP’s & manage price negotiations with clients.Â
Work with various internal stakeholders to meet sales targets.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Go getter attitude with target achievement orientation & proven sales track record
Experience in IT product selling. For fresher’s, should be from IT back ground.Â
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Thrives in dealing with CXO’s and in closing deals
Fluent in using modern social/digital media.
Smart & excellent communication skill.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience in selling to Banking/Payments/Self-Service/ATM domain.
Exposure & relationships in banking market in Wes India region.
Fresher should be from IT/Software back ground.
